If you're interested in Nvidia stock or the latest Nvidia news, this documentary is a must-watch!
- Brief -
When it comes to tech companies, Nvidia truly has a remarkable story. The company was started with not much money and a dream to change its industry. In the beginning, its bread and butter was in the gaming market but it saw an initial failure with the NV1 and only a few years in, Nvidia was on the brink of bankruptcy. Then came the RIVA 128 that basically saved Nvidia from going under and kept it on the path to greatness. Then came Nvidia’s IPO and the groundbreaking Xbox deal.
As it entered the 2000s, the company began to acquire other firms, strengthen its presence in the gaming sector and found itself in a few controversies along the way. But more important was that Nvidia began exploring deep learning and the possibilities of AI. At the time, AI was not as well-known and used as it is now. No one really knew if it would end up being profitable but Nvidia chose to take a risk on it. Taking risks has been a consistent factor in its success and when it comes to AI, it paid off massively.

I agree that NVDA is seen as the "Stock of the year." I'm interested in identifying potential stocks that could emulate META's growth over the next decade. With $250k allocated for investment, my goal is to retire comfortably.

AI, in my opinion, will be the next big thing. Refraining from making snap decisions based on transient fluctuations is essential for long-term growth similar to META. Put patience and a long-term view first, and if you want to make well-informed purchasing and selling decisions, consult a financial advisor.

I grew up on VICE. Their success & failure below from an economics perspective: Successes 1) they were the voice of the people. Tapped into millions of people that never had their POV on mainstream media. Individually, minimal purchasing power, combined vast power which gave VICE the fast launch. 2) it helped contribute to what today is known as “woke” which isn’t a bad thing. It just means socially conscious. But VICE did it internationally, not just in one country. Failures: 1) investments from major mainstream media companies like FOX. Why would you do this? You sold out a third of your user base & you opened yourself up to be exploited, strip mined, & have your content censored. 2) the 1% found a way in. Fox, A&E, and others have ties to the top 1%, the same people who run these companies run elbows with the people in power you were investigating & exposing! It was death from within 3) extreme debt, new ventures that steered away from their core values & majority of users. Sadly, corporate media took over and ruined VICE. VICE lost its edge. Saving grace: 1) only one way. Divest from all corporate media. Take the long painful road to recovery by going back to what worked. Resist all temptation from another corporate investment, stay grass roots. There is money in it.

It’s laughable now to think you needed a separate sound car for a Windows 3.1 operating system on the same PC. I didn’t buy my first video card until I got into PC gaming in 1998. I eventually moved to console gaming because of its ease of use.
